Unlimited IT Support Boundaries
The "Unlimited IT Support" portion of our managed services product includes all labor to resolve issues that can be resolved remotely on the most commonly available software and hardware. For any issues that cannot be fixed remotely and require on-site assistance or advice from communicat to continue work, the ticket will be escalated and may require an onsite visit which will be charged at our normal consulting rates.
